All breweries have IPAs, our first IPA was modelled as a combination of American IPA and New England IPA, with lots of Western hops and English yeast. Lots of dry hopping creates a moderately bitter, while providing maximum fruiter flavour. On top of that, the body is balanced to be smooth and zesty.
